Here\u2019s how their experience with our team went:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10:20 a.m.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Black &amp; McDonald sent in their online inquiry for a learning and development session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10:25 a.m.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Just five minutes later, our employee engagement team had followed up with a phone call. The call helped the team at Black &amp; McDonald share the specifics of their group and what they hoped to achieve with employee training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10:50 a.m.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Within 10 minutes of finishing up the initial consultation, Black &amp; McDonald had another call, this time with one of our training facilitators for a more in-depth conversation regarding their objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The task of planning a training session could have dragged out over several weeks, and eaten up precious time for the employee in charge of organizing the training. Instead, half an hour later, she had secured a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trusted third party provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom employee training recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedicated facilitator with real-world experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Three weeks later, the Black &amp; McDonald group was attending their customized learning and development session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"custom-learning-and-development-for-a-unique-team\"><br>Custom learning and development for a unique team<\/h4>\n\n\n<p>Taking place in Toronto, Ontario, the session was custom-built for Black &amp; McDonald\u2019s regional improvement coordinators team. As a group comprised of employees from different offices across the country, they wanted this annual session to offer a memorable program fit for the specific needs of the unique team.\n\u201cReally enjoyed the session! Highly recommend Lyndon.
